Not every trigger is a wound.
When something gets to you, this walks you through a set of questions to help you work out what is actually going on underneath it, and what to do about it.
Takes about 20 to 30 minutes if you go slowly. You can stop and come back.
This is a self-discovery tool and is not therapy, diagnosis, or crisis support.
What this actually is
Something happened and it got to you more than you expected. This tool asks you a series of plain questions about it, then shows you what your own answers point to and one small thing you can do next. You can use it on your own, whether or not you are working with a therapist or coach.
- 1You describe what happenedIn your own words. One or two sentences is enough. Nothing you write leaves your browser.
- 2You answer short questionsMostly tap-to-choose, about how you felt, what you wanted to do, and what it seemed to mean. There are no wrong answers.
- 3You get a reading and one next stepA plain summary of what your answers point to, a small action to try, and a card you can keep or share.
This is not a chatbot.
Risen Hawk is a fixed set of questions, written by its founder and refined through years of real practice with real people. Nothing is improvised by a machine. The questions, the order they come in, and the way your answers are read were all written by a person.
Some are invitations.
Some are warnings.
Some reveal a boundary that has been crossed.
Some expose an old story that is asking to heal.
Some ask you to speak.
Others ask you to wait.
This is not here to tell you that you are wrong. It is also not here to tell you the other person is. It is here to help you see the situation more clearly, so you can choose your response instead of reacting on autopilot.
Because true empowerment doesn't come from always trusting your first reaction. It comes from learning when to trust it, when to question it, and how to act with integrity.

“I assumed it was another AI thing. It isn't — you can feel that a person built this. The questions land differently.”
“It didn't tell me what to feel. It walked me to a place where I could see what my reaction was actually about.”
“I came in wound up and left with one small, honest next step. That's more than most conversations give me.”
Want to talk it through with someone?
This tool can show you what a reaction is pointing at. Sometimes the next step is saying it out loud to another person. Victoria works one to one with people on exactly this: understanding your triggers, seeing the patterns, and deciding what you want to do about them.
